If you need a Notary Legalisation of the actual (handwritten) signature please use the dropdown menu below to select this (an additional 80 CHF) will be added. If you wish to add an Apostille/Super Legalisation as well, please use the Apostille/Super Legalisation. (Countries in the Hague Convention require an Apostille, Countries outside require a Super Legalisation).

Please select your preferences below. These details will be included with your order.

This is the language the notary legalisation will be performed in. (No price change)

The product price already includes the base rate (CHF 70 for legalisation of the PDF document).

A notarisation does not automatically make the document valid abroad. It may require an apostille or super legalisation. Please check your requirements. Selecting Apostille or Super Legalisation adds +70 CHF.

Description

Our Last Will and Testament legalization service provides you with official certification of your will, ensuring it is recognized as legally valid and enforceable under the law. We help formalize your will by overseeing the signing and certification process with an authorized official, making sure it meets the legal requirements of your jurisdiction.

A Last Will and Testament is a formal declaration in which you specify how your estate should be administered and distributed after your death. Without a valid will, the laws of intestacy apply, which may not reflect your personal wishes. Legalizing your will gives you peace of mind and ensures your instructions are honored.

This service is ideal for:

  • Individuals wishing to determine who inherits their property

  • Parents or guardians who need to appoint caretakers for minor children

  • Anyone with specific wishes about funeral arrangements or charitable donations

  • Business owners planning succession or division of their interests

We do not draft wills. You must prepare your own will (or have it drafted by a professional). Once it is ready, we assist with the legalization process, ensuring it is signed, witnessed, and certified according to the legal standards in your country.

Key Features:

  • Legalization of your Last Will and Testament

  • Compliance with local legal requirements

Ensure your will is properly legalized and your wishes are upheld.
