PLEASE READ – Important Information About Legalizations & Document Uploads
To avoid confusion when placing your order, please read the following carefully:

How Legalizations Are Counted
Each translation requires its own legalization.
This includes notarization, Apostille, and/or Super Legalization.
Legalization fees are calculated per document/translation, not per file.

Uploading Multiple Documents
You may upload multiple documents combined into a single PDF for convenience.
However, combining documents into one PDF does not reduce the number of legalizations required.

Example:
3 documents uploaded as 1 PDF = 3 separate legalizations
Selecting the Number of Legalizations
Please ensure that the number of legalizations selected matches the number of documents/translations that require legalization.
Even if documents are similar or submitted together, each document is processed and legalized individually.

Why This Matters
Each document receives its own official stamps, seals, and certificates, which is why they must be handled separately.
Incorrect quantities may result in processing delays or additional charges.
